Anthony Joshua is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-round fight which will be streamed in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua said he will "stamp all over" the American and "defeat" his opponent as the pair met personally to build hype for the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Former two time unified title holder Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, on paper, a mammoth disparity - at Miami venue on December 19th.
Boxer's Mentality
"I will injure his face and hurt his body. My goal is to show my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I'm going to really want to cause him pain. That's my goal."
Respectful Interaction
In spite of these statements, a composed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - typically famous for his dramatics - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul rather criticized former Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and labeled him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian rejected a fight offer.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at British opponent Tyson Fury - and refused a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] is superior to Fury - he's present here," the boxer said.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite stating he plans to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua refused to talk badly about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he stated.
Jake Paul's History
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has mostly boxed mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since turning professional.
He lost to Briton Fury in 2023.
Commercial Success
Still, the relative newcomer is still one of the sport's biggest financial successes, regularly earning huge paydays.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28 year old predicted a knockout win in rounds four or five and asserted he would prevent the much-anticipated Fury-Joshua bout, which is allegedly being planned for two years from now.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul declared.
Physical Difference
As both boxers participated in the customary face-off, with their size difference on show, it emphasized just how surprising this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the fight is actually going ahead.
